LIFTENA S210 Lift Control System is a complete lift control system with ready plug cables, plug & play installation, control panel, revision box, cabin and floor buttons, pit box.

Plug and Play Installation

In addition to the LIFTENA S210 control card and panels, there are also ready-made installation cables with connectors. In this way, with plug-in connections, complexity in the installation is prevented, connections are easy connection and installation time is minimized. In this way, possible errors in the installation will be eliminated and connections become more electrically safe.

Button Display Options

LIFTENA S210, In the control system, there is a module with “Graphic LCD display”, “Dot matrix display” or “no display” for car and floor buttons. Connections with cabins and floors are made quickly and safely with cables over CANbus line.

Configuration and Monitoring

LIFTENA S210 iOS home Android apps have an easy-to-use menu. In this way, parameters can be easily adjusted, the status of the elevator can be monitored and errors can be easily detected.

With the LIFTENA S210 hand terminal, the user-friendly and multi-language color TFT screen can control the system from any point on the CANbus..

LIFTENA S210 remote access terminal is connected to the CANbus line from any point of the lift, enabling remote access to the control card’s menü.

Errors can be recorded with date, time and stop number.

Thanks to the SD Card, system parameters can be easily loaded, backed up or transferred for easy and fast setups.

PERA (Emergency Communication System)

With the advanced filter program, errors are filtered and the communication center and emergency personnel are not occupied with unnecessary alarms.

LiftCAN remote access terminal is connected to the CANbus line from any point of the lift, enabling remote access to the menu of the control card.

SMS is sent to the selected GSM line and control center every three days by the terminals. Thus, the operability of the line is tested every 72 hours.

The battery status is checked automatically. Artificial intelligence is prepared to receive battery alarms..

There is a light system to achieve the requirements of EN 81-70 or optionally relay outputs that can be connected to buttons.

The software controls the alarms and operating conditions of the elevators.

• Various operators can use this software simultaneously.
• The system can warn certain users.

Thanks to the software and hardware integration, dealers can follow the working or alarm status of the elevators online. 

• With a single click, weekly or annual status reports of the elevators that are installed by the dealers can be printed.
• In case of danger, maintenance, etc., an automatic SMS is sent from the system to 5 different pre-determined phone numbers and the numbers are called in order until the connection is established.

LUPS Liftena UPS (Uninterruptible power supply)

 Liftena UPS device is used for the application of bringing the elevator to the floor in elevator panels with inverter. 

LUPS works with 60V 7AH battery pack and provides uninterrupted power.

Both the device itself and the DC bus of the inverter in the panel are powered by the same 60V battery. 

Since the 60V battery charging circuit is inside the device (LUPS), a separate 60V charger is not required. 

LUPS stops the lift after bringing it to the floor safely and stops drawing current. When AC comes, it becomes active again.  

The device is designed and manufactured according to industrial environment operating norms.

The device has an OUTL output that gives uninterrupted output.
The output is protected against short circuit and overload.

Protected against battery reverse connection.

Mains, Battery, Charge and Inverter status is indicated by Led and Buzzer.

It has compact dimensions and can be easily mounted inside a panel.

DC 21

 DC 21 is a high-level door control card developed for elevator automatic doors. It works with a specially designed power supply. It offers a high sailing comfort and safety even on large doors.  

 Developed for 24 / 36V – 170 W DC gearmotors.  

 The door card can be used on doors with a maximum weight of 500 kg. 

 With its Door Recognition feature, it easily adapts to doors in different sizes, motors and systems. 

 Parameters that provide application flexibility such as motor reduction ratio, motor speed, drive pulley circumference, spoon opening zone can be entered for manufacturers.

 The motor encoder should have two channels, incremental, 5V supply voltage, at least 100 Pulse / 1Turn resolution.

 With its advanced control algorithm, it offers a sensitive comfort at high speed and cruising ramps. 

 There is no need to use limit switches. 

 In case of power failure, automatic opening is performed on the floor with an external DC24V power supply or 2 12V batteries. 

 With the on-floor signal, it is ensured that the doors are kept closed up to the floor level in battery-powered bringing systems. 

 When the door is jammed, it is opened with an audible warning. Passengers and door are prevented from being damaged by slowly passing through the area where jamming is detected.  

 The Door Control Board is suitable for use in fire elevator doors. 

 Photocell, Full Floor entrances are available. 

 It has contact outputs to inform the control panel in Fully Open, Fully Closed and Reversing situations. 

 Keypad and LCD Screen are located on the board as standard in order to change the operating parameters. 

Door open / close holding and door jam detection pressures can be adjusted according to need. 

 The operation of the door can be monitored with the Open / Close counter. 

Turkish and English language options are available.

Liftena LCD LiftMedia

 It has been developed for car display purposes in elevators. It is 7 ” in size, it has features such as video and music playback, picture slides and voice announcements.

 Basic features are as follows:

• 800×480 pixel, 7 inch color TFT screen. 
• Linux operating system. 
• Video, picture and music support. 
• It has the feature of making voice announcements. Optional audio files can be added via USB memory.  
• Suitable for use as a full screen and door chill module.

 Compatible with Canbus. 

 It can work with Gray-Code. 

 There is support for direction arrows, out of service, overload icons, floor nicknames and color changing for the background. 

 Easy adjustment can be made with the help of a user-friendly menu. 

 All screen, music and video elements can be changed by the user (BMP, JPEG, GIF and PNG image formats support; MPEG, AVI, WMV extension video formats support) is provided.

 It can work in horizontal and vertical positions. 

 Parameters can be transferred easily with a USB memory. 

Thanks to the software update with a USB memory, you can also benefit from the features that will be added in the future.  

 Turkish and English language options are available.

Liftena DOT Displays

LDot4 has been developed as an elevator floor and door top indicator. It works with the Can-Bus protocol.
